Rauhallinen ja hyvälläpaikalla oleva asunto. vaikka tie ihan vieressä ei siitä yöllä juurikaan ääniä kuullut asuntoon.Ainoa miinus oli mikro joka oli likainen,mutta muuten oli puhdas asunto.

Hyvä muutaman päivän vierailulle

Asunto oli yleisilmeeltään siisti ja perusasiat oli siivottu. Sijainti oli loistava, ihan Ratinan kauppakeskusta vastapäätä ja vierestä löytyi myös taksitolpat ja linja-autoasema. Ydinkeskustaan oli lyhyt ja helppo matka. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki perustarvikkeet, mikä oli tosi hyvä. Muutamia miinuksiakin löytyi: kattotuulettimen ja lampunvarjostimen päällä oli pölykerros, keittiön lamppu ei toiminut, keittiössä ei ollut talouspaperia. Asunnossa oli kyllä pyykinpesukone, mutta pyykinpesuainetta ei löytynyt. Suihkutila oli todella ahdas, koska pesukone oli ahdettu muutenkin tiukkaan vessaan aivan suihkun viereen. Jäi mietityttämään turvallisuus suihkussa käydessä, koska pesukone oli niin lähellä märkätiloja.

More cons than pros

The location of the property was fantastic, close to the train station, and across the street from the bus stop, mall, and lots of food. The apartment itself was very nice however, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness/(leftovers) of the apartment. When I first arrived, I noticed some dried food on some of the plates in the cabinet. Nothing a quick wash can’t fix. The coffee in the apartment was expired and the coffee pot was so sticky I had to take extreme effort to remove the pot from the burner. Inside the cabinets were salt/sugar/condiments that were uncovered and left fully exposed. After a few days I attempted to load dishes in the dishwasher. There was a full load of dirty dishes from previous guests and the smell was horrendous. As far as communication goes, I attempted to contact the owner on 2 different numbers after having a couple days of WiFi difficulty and received no response. WiFi was a primary reason for staying here as we had work and school to complete. While there were some great pros for this place, I won’t be staying here again.

Loistava sijainti kohtuullisella hinnalla. Naapurirakennuksen avoilmayökerho lauantaina melko äänekäs tosin. Hellepäivänä järkyttävän kuuma, eikä ilmastointia ole. Kattotuulettimen lapojen päällä noin seitsemän sentin pölykerros, mikä ei houkuttanut sitä käyttämään.

Kaksi leveää parisänkyä joissa oli hyvä nukkua. Keittiö ja kodinkoneet sekä pyykinpesukone. Kiva huone. Ei hissiä. Auton saaminen sisäpihalle oli ongelma koska emme tajunneet että portti aukeaa avaimella sisäpihan puolelta. Linja-autoasemaa vastapäätä. Koskikeskuksen lähellä. Hyvä 👌 sijainti. Hyvin nukutti. Hiljainen. Avain piti hakea pizzeriasta kirjekuoressa mikä oli epäilyttävää.
