Waterfront Pool Home with Dock directly On Bal Harbor
- Beautiful 4 BR 2 BA pool home directly on Bal Harbor. Watch the boats go by or rent a boat just across the harbor. Dock just beyond the screened in lanai. 2 kayaks onsite, perfect for the calm harbor and canals. Get lucky and catch some fish or see the dolphins that occasionally like to play in our harbor. Cabana bath leading into lanai and french doors from dining room to pool. Perfectly situated to take day excursions to Disney attractions, Busch Gardens/Tampa and Clearwater Beach. Inside laundry room. Two car garage. Please note that the pool and spa are not heated.
**100% Non-Smoking property, even outside on lanai!
**Must book entire month for January, February or March
