The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was exactly like the picture and clean. I had a nice simple decoration for my birthday and the area was the perfect spot for all the fun attractions nearby. Will definitely stay here if I’m ever in town.

Was an absolutely fantastic stay, I contacted the owner about decorating the room for my boyfriend‘s birthday and she really outdid herself. It was comfy. It was clean it was quiet it was cozy i really couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Wonderful property!

We stayed four nights and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end! The apartment is so comfy and impeccably decorated. Check-in communication was thorough and simple. My only suggestion would be to add an extension cord or something so that the person sleeping closest to the closet can charge their device on their side of the bed at night, but this is a very small inconvenience.

Mimi is very accommodating

I planned to stay here for four nights, but a change in circumstances forced us to reduce our stay to one night. Mimi was very kind to accommodate us. The apartment is just as it appears in the photo, and very close to the Hard Rock Cafe (I think). We discovered the next morning that it is also very close to a Wawa and other shops where you can pick up a few groceries. It was clean and nicely decorated.

Really clever studio apartment suite. Great communication prior to check in. Stylish. My only concern was the strength of the plug-in air freshener. I unplugged it but the smell hung in the air. If you have athsma and those things bother you, maybe ask to have it removed prior. I come to Tampa 2x a year for work. I will likely check out this property again. Nice little find.

Quiet area, close to highway. Very nicely decorated. Simple furniture which is all we need. When the description mentioned kitchen, we assumed there was a stove as most kitchens have a stove...we like to make breakfast at home or a dinner once in a while...there was no cooking equipment, no pots or pans, only plates, flatware and glasses. Cooking pasta and the meat in a bowl in the microwave took a while but it worked. Also the A/C was hard to regulate and a little noisy...wouldn't shut off when on cool or auto....we tried every night to set it right but always had to get up and turn it off. Luckily it wasn't that warm...other than those 2 issues, great place. Yes we should have contacted Mimi but we didn't want to other her late at night and thought we got it to work right.

The property was just like the photos, great location, easy check in and checkout process, the room smelt good, the shower was nice and clean with hot water, and very little noise from the main house. It was almost perfect, almost. There was hair everywhere when we arrived, on the towels, in the bed, on the pillows, on the floor in the bedroom, in the carpet in front of the bed. The carpet looked like it was definitely not vacuumed, the towels had sooo much lint on them that my wife actually used her own shirt to dry off, and there was a random men’s sock poking out from under the bed. I was very upset to be paying over $500 for a short weekend stay and having to pull hair, crumbs and dirt from the bed. I was excited because I rented this stay as a surprise for my wife but I was incredibly embarrassed at the cleanliness of the property I picked. I’m sorry I did not want to leave a negative review but I feel as though the cleanliness of the bedroom outweighed the good aspects of the stay.
