"The entire place needs to be demolished and start a new!!! Its across the street from Busch Gardens. That's the only good thing."

"Staff was not helpful, questions and requests were ignored. We were to be in a double room, not, a king room, and we went to the front desk immediately after we checked our room, but, staff did not acknowledge our questions, and ignored us, even while standing in front of them, they looked passed us, as if we were not there. No hot water to shower. We requested to have hot water repaired or move us to new room. No response was given and no repair was provided and we were not moved to another room. Maintenance did not even come to our room. It was very disappointing that both requests were ignored by staff, and nothing was done to satisfy either issue. This is not the normal service that we have received at other Wyndham, we frequently stay at when traveling. Terrible customer service, communication, and most of all, very unprofessional. We travel a great deal, and our “go-to-hotels” are the Wyndham as well as the Hilton, after this experience in Tampa, it will definitely be the Hilton next time in Tampa."

"Nice pool area with very nice seating. Very good breakfast, comfy room. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay if you are going to Busch Gardens Tampa. They even have a shuttle that will take you to the park and come get you when you are ready to come back to the hotel at no cost, that is worth the stay in itself, not to mention that the parking at the hotel is at NO cost. This was a great choice for us! Oh and the hot breakfast buffet was also good. "

"The room was nice and clean, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and it was nice having the seating area out the back. One thing. I wished that all the outside doors to enter into the building were by card key only, people staying there only with their room keys. The back entrance key pad did not work and was unlocked."
