Welcome to our HOME in the Sheldon Chase neighborhood with 3 bd, 2 ba, and a POOL. The Master's SUITE with upgraded en suite bathroom and access to the screened lanai & pool. You will enjoy a covered porch area plus a grill area for easy entertaining. Saltwater pool and spa and includes extras such as waterfall features and stone surround! Sheldon Chase is conveniently located near shopping and dining locations. It's a few miles from Tampa International Airport.

Great experience

We loved the location-easy access to highways, and quick trip back to the airport. The house was very clean, and super cute. The pool was perfect for my family, we would stay here again!

Clean Home

House was very clean. Home had a nice setup. The outside area was nice. We had an issue with the pool heat, but the home owner eventually came over and got it working. Home could use more than 1 tv and the pool area is nice but could be serviced and cleaned more than it was upon our arrival. Overall the home was nice and suited our needs.

Disaster- Physically and Emotionally

We were extremely disappointed with the overall experience. We paid way too much money to have all the things wrong that we encountered at this property and with the Managing Agent. We encountered- 33 different Issues. 17 light bulbs burned out throughout house. Dangerous situation drain cover in Master bedroom had no screws and slid when stepped on Tenant went to Home Depot bought screws and installed. House rules stated not to mess with WIFI or Security Cameras. This caused major emotional distress when we found an Active black wire sticking out of Master Bedroom ceiling fan- turned out to be Improper installation-Maintenance moved RF wire under housing. Black device in family room at ceiling vault- looked like camera-Maintenance removed speaker and wires. Sharp Screws were sticking up in the bottom of the kitchen cabinet-Maintenance cut them off. Blue sectional sofa was assembled improperly- could have resulted in injury- Place mats were found in wash machine-Removed from washer and left on dryer-did not use. 4 bath towels found in second bedroom closet, otherwise only beach towels. Purchased own towels. Door off track in 3rd bdrm closet. Fan blade hit cabinet door- potential danger in 2nd bdrm. Door to Laundry room-hinges hanging and missing screws hit doorframe. Front door handle broken. Dining room table had food in grooves/slits between wood- had to get table cloth to cover it. BBQ grill was left dirty. Outdoor cushions had mold. etc. etc.

Disappointing Booking

We never had to fully stay here as when we arrived the house had no electricity at all, the freezer was warm so clearly this had been switched off for quite some time. The pool was cold and the bbq very dirty with very little propane. As we were trying to figure out our next steps we found out they lived next door but never bothered to come over and try to help. VRBO had to house us and our small child else where, it was a nightmare. The owners did offer a different property in a different city without the same amenities. They did refund our payment very quickly when he we appreciated.
