Designed to host up to 10 guests and one infant, our home is a sanctuary for fun and good times with TVs in almost every room and a jacuzzi in the backyard. Located just 10 minutes from Downtown, you're also on the doorstep of Busch Gardens.

Boasting 2400 square feet of cozy living space, whether you're spending time with family or friends, this home will make you never want to leave the town of Tampa and the state of Florida.

A harmonious blend of tranquility and urban vibrancy, our locale boasts tree-lined streets, friendly neighbors, and easy access to a plethora of amenities. We have multiple restaurants just a block away from the property, a Walmart right across the street, boutique shopping, bars, and scenic parks. Being just 20mins away from the Airport, you're at the gateway to Tampa's iconic attractions

The property is dog-friendly, yet we do have a two-dog maximum. If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places to let your pet join you.

Now let us try to explain the layout of the home! Follow along closely- when entering the front door, you will walk into the living room and see the open concept kitchen across the house.

LIVING ROOM
Sink into the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART HD TV. We provide access to the following streaming channels for your use, Netflix, Amazon, and HBO! If you would like to access additional streaming services, please remember your passwords

KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a modern stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The vast kitchen counters offer plenty of granite counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. Visit the Walmart across the street and enjoy preparing a delectable meal.

If dining out, there are many excellent local restaurants in the area or get take-out and enjoy it on the patio under the stars or in the comfortable dining room area.

We provide a Keurig and cups, creamer, sugar, sugar substitutes, and tea bags.

Main Bedroom
The "main bedroom" is outfitted with a King Bed/ Memory Foam Mattress, a TV, a work desk, bedside tables, bedside lamps, a ceiling fan, and relaxing décor.

Main Bathroom
The main bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower and a single vanity.

Bedroom Two
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed/ Memory Foam Mattress, a TV, bedside tables, bedside lamps, a ceiling fan, and a large storage space.

MAIN BATHROOM
The main bathroom has a luxurious bathtub and a vanity, located directly off the living room.

Bedroom Three
The second bedroom is equipped with three bunk beds and a crib.

Bedroom Four
Our Bedroom Four is an additional unit with a private entrance. It has a twin bed, TV, Microwave, side table, lamp, and a refrigerator. This is ideal if you have additional family traveling with you.

BATHROOM 3
The third bathroom is attached to the fourth bedroom(Private entrance) and it's a full bathroom with a walk-in shower


+Additional Sleeping Arrangements
We offer a queen-size blow-up mattress to sleep additional guests.

We charge $50 per day to heat the hot tub. Please notify us in advance.

Washer + Dryer
You will find a washer and dryer. We do provide detergent and dryer sheets for you to use!

Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

Supplies Provided:
-1-2 individually wrapped body wash
-2 shampoos in each shower/tub
-One roll of paper towels
-10 K cups for the Keurig, creamer, sugar packets, and tea bags
-Garbage bags are located under the kitchen sink, along with dishwasher liquid and a new sponge
-2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
-Extra lightbulbs are located under the sink if a light bulb goes out in the home

FOR LONGER STAYS
For extended stays, two weeks or longer, our cleaners will come in and clean every 7-10 days to maintain the property's cleanliness. A $200 fee is required for the cleaning.

PETS

You MUST receive prior approval for pets, otherwise, you will be charged a $300 penalty.

If there are any cleanliness issues or damages from dogs, service animals, or emotional support animals, we impose an additional $150 cleaning fee.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, backyard, and deck. If traveling with kids, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence- yet there is no enclosure towards the front. When traveling with children and/or using the backyard, you assume all risk and liability.

PARKING
The driveway can fit four cars comfortably.

We provide self-check-in for our guests. You will receive check-in information prior to arrival.

+ DISCLAIMER: Exterior Video Surveillance cameras are located at the front of the house and back of the home at the backyard area which records to make sure the house is protected. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and monitor occupancy and other policies per guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.

Any tampering with or covering of the cameras or internet in any way will result in immediate eviction with no refund

OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space allows you to breathe in the fresh Florida air. Sip your morning coffee while relaxing outside on the patio deck.

CHILD FRIENDLY
To make traveling more manageable for you, we recommend checking out for all of your infant needs!!


HOUSE RULES

We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do in your own home.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Please remove shoes before coming into the home.

The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the townhome. +A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.

Additionally, if there are any parties or damages, a fee of $500 will be charged.

Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM.

Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.

Lock the door each time you leave home.

If you use the washer/Dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.

Parties and large gatherings are PROHIBITED.

Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure. You will find detergent pods under the sink.

Please place all USED towels in the bathtub(s) or shower before departure.

This is a family-oriented and child-friendly home. However, children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their equipment and needs.
