The Beach Place gives you an opportunity to experience the quiet and charm of historic West Tampa, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city.

You will be in walking proximity of traditional Hispanic restaurants and food shops. This includes La Teresita, the Alessi Bake Shop and Panita’s Bakery and Bistro.

A special plus of Beach Place is the proximity to Tampa Bay Stadium, home of the champion team the Tampa Bay Bucs. The distance between Beach Place to the Stadium is only one mile!

No Shoes Nation Tour

Very accessible location to Raymond James Stadium...safe walk to and from with plenty of stops for refreshments while traversing to and from the stadium. Highly recommend for any event at Raymond James.

Perfect for large families

This home is huge! Wonderful backyard great parking in the front plenty of space and separate sleeping areas so that you’re not on top of each other. The hosts was excellent. They really helped me out of a last-minute bind and worked with me to make sure everything was perfect. Communication was 10 star not five. They responded quickly and effectively. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them and what they did for me. By the way, the beds are extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby.

Great Host

The house was very nice and the host couldn't have been nicer. She allowed us to check-in early so we could drop off our bags before we attended a Tamp Bay Rays baseball game. Great location for sports and downtown Tampa.
