Located on beautiful Rocky Point Island, Sailport Resort is just minutes from Westshore business district, Downtown Tampa, and the Tampa International Airport but without the noise. This relaxing, fun getaway offers everything you want all in one location with its own pool, beach, and tiki bar. Great for a business trip or family fun!

The Space:
Pardon our Progress! For the next few weeks the resort is undergoing renovation. Although the work will be conducted during limited hours, our prices have been discounted due to any inconvenience you may experience

One of the few private, corner condos on the top floor with 180 degree views of the breathtakingly blue, crystal waters of Tampa Bay, this newly updated fourth floor 1 BR/ 1 BA suite provides you with an escape to paradise. With one queen sized bed in the bedroom, as well as a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, the suite can accommodate 4 guests, featuring a full kitchen and full bath. Both cable and internet are provided. As you begin your adventures every morning, guests can enjoy sipping coffee from our complimentary coffee station while taking in the panoramic views of the bay on the balcony or from inside. This incredible oasis can be all yours.

Guest access:
Enjoy the geo-thermal pool, which is kept at a nice 84 degrees all year long. You can also enjoy some yummy food or cocktails at our poolside bar and grill: Big Bamboo Bayside. Make sure you don't miss the amazing sunsets then cozy up by the fire pit and tiki torches after the sun goes down!

Weekend getaway

The unit was nice and clean, no issues at all accessing the property. Missed the sign pulling in just need the bushes trimmed on the outside of property to see the sign, which is no fault of the condo itself. Will stay again with this owner as they have multiples properties on site
