Welcome to our modern Mediterranean Florida home! Located centrally in Tampa Bay, this home will be your home-base for adventure as you explore everything Tampa has to offer. Whether you're visiting for the TB Buccaneers game, catching some rays on our world-renowned beaches, or visiting one of the many other local attractions we hope you find refuge in our spacious modern home.

Inside, this 1600-sq-ft home, built in 2009 and renovated in 2022, gives off a spacious vibe with 10-foot ceiling, renovated living spaces, and black accents throughout. Use our lightening-fast internet to work from home in one of the two desk spaces or stream your favorite sports game or latest movie on our TV with Chromecast. Sleep well on our premium memory foam mattresses (Nectar) in all rooms. Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen or outside on the gas grill. Enjoy Florida's great weather on the lanai while eating a meal or relaxing.
