This location may be more suitable for solo or adult travelers. I stayed for a weekend while visiting a friend, and each night there was noticeable police activity in the area. The room had a lingering odor, so I kept my time at the hotel minimal—mainly just for sleeping. On the positive side, the location was convenient enough to get me where I needed to go in a reasonable time.

Great for concerts

It's perfect when you have a concert across the street. Plus there's the WingHouse so you can get some food real easily. We love staying here whenever we have a concert at the Florida State fairgrounds

This place gets a lot of bad reviews but we found it clean, the staff was friendly, and it's a hop across the street to the fair grounds. There's a place to eat right in the parking lot and a connected gas station. We will stay there again for the next show at the amphitheater

Not fancy but definitely good enough

This hotel is directly across the street from the MidFlorida Arena - so an excellent choice if you are going to a concert. The beds were more comfortable than I expected. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Not fancy but definitely good enough.

My family and I chose this hotel because it's across the street from the fairgrounds where the horror con was being hosted. The receptionist that we dealt with were friendly and so where the other guests whenever we came into contact with them. We all loved that it was a non-smoking hotel. While staying at this hotel, we came to discover that there was a Wawa within walking distance.

The guy on the front desk very profesional and dedicated. The property good for the price and the room very clean. We are staying for one night only. There is a Wing restaurant within the area as well a gas station.

Will go back.

Won't lie, from outside it doesn't look the best. But the rooms were updated and clean, with a fridge and microwave. And its literally across the Fairgrounds, so you can just cross the street and you're there for your live show. Would definitely go back at this rate!!! Better than driving hours back home after the show. Winghouse in the parking lot and 5 guys a few spots down the road. Great location.

The location of the hotel was good Reserving hotel was easy Check in easy Floors were dirty inside the room...pair of socks got destroyed because of how dirty the floor was . Had to wear sandals inside the room. Cockroaches were either dead beforehand or might have died afterwards, not sure..

The room was good but it was needed to upgrade to a premium room in order to have microwave and a fridge. The room floor wasn't clean. When asked the room service for coffee they sent me to the front desk.
