The good:-Location-Layout-Maintenance responsiveness-Pool(s) were fantastic-Community areas were great-Check in instructions were thorough with no issues accessing the aptThe bad:-The apartment DOES NOT have a private garage as advertised. I specifically chose this rental because I was traveling alone with 2 toddlers.-Smelled of cigarette smoke - and all my clothes smelled when we got home. -There is only 1 TV in the apt. The remote control batteries were dead (again, 2 toddlers, trying to go back and forth from my car that wasn't in a garage to carry luggage and unpack, with no TV, you get it). -Check in is at 4pm and maintenance closes at 5pm. At check in I had to submit a maintenance request and luckily the area manager was able to stop by on his way home. -The stove was unplugged with no power, maintenance fixed that as well.-The bathtub in the master is stuck in the "shower" position, with no drain plug to use as a bathtub. -the bathtub in the guest bathroom wouldn't drain - maintenance came and fixed that the next day.-The trash instructions are unclear, stating to place your bags in a "bin" outside the door, but there was never a bin? I wound up having to bring the bags to the trash compactor in the facility.-The only lock on the door is a deadbolt with a code. because maintenance accessed the apt so many times, and I was a woman with 2 girl toddlers, I felt unsafe. Purchased a travel door lock and door wedge while I was there for added safety.
