Original Davis Islands Spanish Mission Bungalow
- Quiet Davis Island luxury living, close to everything you want in Tampa but feel like you escaped from it all. Davis Island is the premier neighborhood in Tampa for this very reason, an island of beautiful homes and walkable neighborhoods! Easily walk to all dining on Davis Island, or a 3 minute Uber to Channelside and Sparkman Wharf.
The property is fully equipped home with everything you need for an extended relaxing Tampa visit, or stay a few days and avoid the noise of downtown.
Fully furnished 3bd/2ba house, chef's kitchen with stainless appliances, dining room that seats 6, open floor plan and living room with 4k TV and premium cable/Netflix/Disney+, enclosed backyard with raised deck and globe lights. This is one of the original Davis Island houses that has survived (built 1927) and lots of time and effort have gone into making it a comfortable living situation while still maintaining the original charm!
