• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
•We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

Great house!

Awesome house, quality remodel. Typical Ybor neighborhood with some recently updated house and several houses falling apart. You can't find a perfect neighborhood in this area yet, but as time goes on, more houses are remodeled. Great house, would stay again for sure!

Fantastic place/horrible prearival process

this is my 20th plus VRBO/air B&B rental... I have never had to send a selfie, pictures of my CC, my Drivers license, list the names of the people staying with me to a rendom reantal company. ever! and asked repeated even after this process. I really thought it might be a scam. VRBO has my info and my history of rental... As far as the place, it was really nice! It met our needs.

Dirty and unsafe

Roaches and palmetto bugs. (YES, BOTH) Glass doors didn’t lock. Staircase hazardous. Couch, rugs, floors and walls filthy. Place wasnt cleaned b4 our arrival. Table chairs were all broken and unsafe to sit.
