Great home away from home!

Attended a conference at Tampa Convention Center and took the family with me. Location of this home central great shopping and restaurants. It was a relatively short ride to the Convention Center. My family loved the location and exploring Tampa. Thanks for accommodating our late checkout!

Great Location for a Buccaneers game!

Book property for a Tampa Bay Buccaneers game. Great location and easy walk to the stadium. Trip was right after 2 hurricanes hit Tampa and our beach hotel was shut down. Host work with us and let us extend our stay 2 extra days. Will definitely return for another Buccaneers game!

Perfect location for Raymond James Stadium!

This extremely clean, freshly remodeled home is perfect for attending a game at Raymond James Stadium or the Yankees facility. Getting to RJS requires only a single turn and both are walkable. Plenty of space for your group with nice bedding, towels, etc. We will definitely book again for our next visit.

Quick little get away

Property was just as pictured rooms were nice and spacious. Plenty of towels and bathroom necessities provided for the stay. The back yard could have been a little more put together/cleaned up. If you are a person who needs darkness to sleep the rooms get very bright early in the morning and may wake you up. Other than that it was a great stay in a great location.

The inside of the home was very cute and clean and the decor was tasteful. The nightly rate was also very reasonably priced. The neighborhood was a bit run down with newer and nicer homes being built- so, in transition. But the location was very accessible to various neighborhoods.

Great Place for Families

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious place. It was probably the best well-stock kitchen we've ever stayed in and had a wondeful backyard to unwind in. 6 adults and 5 young kids stayed here and the house did not feel small. The only complaints we have is the cleanliness. Floors had crumbs and crackers, leftover clothes from previous guests, and towels were folded damp. All these things were easily fixed and did not ruin our stay.

Exactly as advertised

This rental easily met our expectations. We are a group of friends who get together once a year, and we definitely were pleased with everything. In the evenings we took advantage of both the hot tub and the fire pit, while during the day we explored the Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater areas. Communicating with the host many times prior to our visit was easy, as Herman responded very quickly. We highly recommend this rental.

Great House - Great Host

My group attended an event at the Fairgrounds in Tampa. This house was a 15 minute drive including during the morning rush. House is super close to just about everything in Tampa. Downtown, Bucs games, Hyde Park, etc…. Starbucks just around the corner. House looks newly renovated. Quiet street. Check in super easy. Host very communicative and helpful. Would definitely rent here again if needed. Couple of tips: Bring extra bath towels, although the host provide some (we just like to have more :)

Trip for my mom birthday

When we first arrived at the home we noticed that the clean up crew did not come in to clean up from the previous guest. There were wet towels everywhere and the bedding was still on the bed. I contact the owner right away and he apologized for the inconvenience and he sent someone to clean the home right away. He even gave us some of our money back. The home was very gorgeous and we had way more than enough space for everyone. The house is equipped with security camera on the outside and I feel like the owner should state that in his listing because we were unaware of that. One thing I would change is the kitchen curtain because it is see through and we were at the table playing games with the kids at night time and people can see through it because it’s white so maybe get like a darker color curtain. Other than that this house is amazing
