This breathtaking home features modern amenities & stylish decor. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining, while the spacious living area is ideal for spending quality time with loved ones. The game room is perfect for all ages, making it the perfect spot for friendly competitions. The backyard is the oasis that awaits you. Let the kids play on the playground while you lounge by the pool, soak in the spa or gather around the fire pit table under the gazebo.

1. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In: 4:00 PM or later
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out will require an additional fee of $50/hour. This option is not guaranteed but based on availability. Please contact us so we can the availability of your requests.

2. Smoking

Smoking is **NOT** allowed inside the house.
Please smoke in the designated outdoor areas and dispose of butts properly.

3. Pets

Pets are not allowed. If you are traveling with a service animal, please notify us in advance.

4. Noise

Please be considerate of the neighbors. No loud music or parties.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

5. Additional Guests

Please only host the number of guests that was booked. If you plan to have more guests, please ask in advance.

6. Parking

4 cars can fit in the driveway. Please do not park on the street or on the grass. We are not liable for towing or parking tickets.

7. Garage

Please do not open the garage. The garage has been converted into a game room for your enjoyment. Cars cannot be parked in the garage.

We had a very nice time, and the property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and easily accommodated our group of 15 people. We especially appreciated that the bunk room was full sized beds and not twins. We were also concerned about only having 3 bathrooms, but it turned out to be a non-factor. Only suggestion would be to add something sticky to the downstairs shower. We had parents in their late 70’s staying on the first floor and they thought the shower was slippery. Other than that, it is a great location – close to the airport, Raymond James Stadium, downtown, etc. – and with the pool, game room and big backyard there is a lot to keep you entertained when not out exploring Tampa.
