Beautiful property

If you want a nice place to relax away from the bustle of Tampa, this is perfect. It has a pool and tennis/pickleball courts and is right on the ocean. There are 2 beach bar/restaurants on the property, so you really don't have to leave. We were there soon after Hurricane Milton so there was some damage to the beach and restaurants, but still had a great time.

We loved watching the manatees playing off the back patios and we also enjoyed the neighborhood pool area with tasty drinks from Hooks Bar and Grill next door. Property was clean and nice. Restaurants served great food. Little surprised the local activities were so limited. You'll need to travel to use a good beach and to use kayaks or canoes. And pay per day for use. Beach parking is expensive. Should be free..

Great corner unit

Spacious and very clean corner unit! Plenty of deck space. We enjoyed watching the manatees and spending time down at the beach. Unfortunately jet ski and kayak rentals are no longer available within the community. But it was a nice quiet place to relax for a few days.

Nice corner townhouse in Ruskin

The unit is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We were able to see manatees every day out of the back patio. The living room is bright and airy. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities. The three bedrooms are good size and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to see generous supplies for all basic needs provided. This property was everything it advertised. We were very pleased with the accommodations. I am in Tampa area often for business and also fish with Capt. Jason Pietro, leaving from dock behind Hooks Restaurant. The manatee were definitely still visiting the canal behind the property and the fishing was great. I hope to be able to return during my next business trip to Tampa area. This property may not be considered convenient to downtown Tampa or St. Pete @45 min. to an hour, depending on traffic. We made it to the airport in 45 minutes this morning. Great stay.

Fantastic Stay & Would Definitely Stay Again!

The townhouse was perfect for us(2 adults/2 teens/1 toddler). Great communication with owner. Loved that the teens had their own space on one end & we had our own space at the other end of unit. We absolutely loved the multiple decks & were able to watch manatees in the cove every single day-it was my favorite thing to do! The townhouse had all the items we needed to prepare meals. And I was thankful that the unit had a high chair & pack-n-play for our 2yo grandson to use. That was one less thing I needed to pack. The only thing I was nervous about was our 2yo grandson & the tall staircases. He hasn't mastered going down the stairs yet & there weren't any baby gates. But we were just extra cautious & everything was fine. The teens loved the pool & swam almost every day. They only complained that the water was so warm. But that was to be expected in the scorching hot weather Florida was having. My only complaint was the beach. There was a ton of seaweed on the sand & at the shoreline that made it pretty unappealing. I would have thought there would be someone that cleaned that up daily for the residents. We did eat at the 2 restaurants located in the community-Hooks & Sunset Bar & Grill. Both were casual eating & were able to eat outdoors. We purchased the CityPass Tampa for activities to do. We drove 30+ minutes each way to places like Busch Gardens, ZooTampa, MOSI, & the 2 aquariums. But the kids liked the activities so it was worth it.
