Live the Florida lifestyle with calming lake views! Enjoy and relax while having your morning coffee watching the sun glisten off the water. The house is located on a quiet dead end road, so traffic is limited and it is close to beaches, amusement parks, concert venues, and sporting events.

The house has three furnished bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen that opens up to the dining and living room areas, a laundry room and a large sun room with an 8ft pool table. The master bedroom and one of the guest rooms each have a queen sized bed and the other guest room has a full sized bed. The living room has a sofa bed (queen) and a 5-in-1 air purifier to assist with air quality in the home. Due to the home having well water, a water cooler is provided for clean drinking water and a gallon jug of water is in the pantry for any cooking needs.

Picnic tables are located on the back brick patio area and fishing poles are provided for fishing off of a private dock. There is no smoking allowed inside the home or the Florida room; there is a cigarette collection bin located on the back patio area. The driveway has room for up to 4 vehicles.

The home has exterior security cameras in place for your protection as well as the home. If you touch or tamper with the cameras (including by disconnecting the Wi-Fi) you will be asked to leave the property. There are NO cameras inside the home nor any views of the interior.

The kitchen is fully stocked with many gadgets and tools like a coffee maker (makes small pots of coffee or individual cups), pots and pans, utensils, knives, cutting board, cake cutter, strainer, mixing bowls, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, etc). A starter kit of supplies are provided with each booking (I.e. 1 roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, mini dish soap, snacks, mini laundry soap, etc).

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
1. There is no smoking inside the home or Florida room. There are many guests who cannot tolerate and/or have allergies to smoke. If it is discovered that someone in your party smoked INSIDE the home (or Florida room), a $350 fee will be imposed to properly clean the home.

2. No pets are allowed in the home. If it is discovered that you have a pet in the home, you will be asked to leave and will be imposed a fee of at least $200 to properly sanitize the home due to allergens.

3. There is no swimming in the lake or diving off the dock. It is also recommended that no more than 3 adults be on the dock at one time.

4. There is no feeding allowed of alligators or other wildlife in the lake. There is a Florida State Statute making it a misdemeanor if you are caught feeding them.

5. Four vehicles will fit in the driveway. Please do not park along the road, there is a local ordinance that allows for your car to be towed (at your expense).

6. No large gatherings/parties are allowed. The home is located on a quiet street and maintaining neighborly relations is appreciated.
