"Nice quiet place for a hotel stay in Tampa. The pool was really nice to have and the outer lounge courtyard was great. Staff was somewhat helpful - seemed a little lax security wise at front desk and somewhat friendly. I ended up getting confused with a different booking because of our similar names and walked into someone else’s room. Then our air conditioning wasn’t working so we had to switch rooms. Nice layout of room with suite including pull out couch and kitchenette! Breakfast is free with decent selection, mostly like easy prep dishes, breads, cereal. Overall nice stay but I think they have some things to improve to help make things a little more safe and welcoming."
