This newly renovated Historic Bungalow and Secondary Suite includes amenities such as: Two private entrances, Pool Table, Arcade, Stainless Steel Grill, Outdoor dining, Desk/Workspace, Printer and High Speed Internet. This is a rare find in Tampa! Your host has paid attention to every detail of this home to create a great guest experience. Your group will find ample space for dining, with three dining tables (two indoors and one outdoor) and seating for 12 guests. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, silverware, utensils and everything you’ll need to cook and prepare meals for your friends and family.The cozy living room features a large smart TV with your favorite streaming services available. Two bedrooms feature a king sized bed. In the remaining two bedrooms you’ll find two full sized beds and one full sized bed. All bedrooms have smart TV’s and closets/wardrobes for clothing storage. The relaxing backyard creates a zen mood. Your large group can relax outside, cook dinner on the grill and then dine with a tropical view, in the privacy of this beautiful outdoor area.

Wonderful!
We loved this property! Communication from hosts was the best we’ve ever experienced. We traveled with 4 adults and 6 children ranging in ages from 1-17. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the teenagers enjoyed having their own space in the smaller suite (the adults also enjoyed the quiet!). Highly recommend this property. We will happily rent again if it is available for our next visit.
