Nice Place to Stay in a Convenient Location

My friends and I spent a weekend at this property. We enjoyed the pool area and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. The location was convenient for getting to places around Tampa.

Great Location for events at Raymond James Stadium!

Very clean and well appointed home with a great location to the stadium, grocery, restaraunts, etc. We will definetly stay here again!

Spring Training Couples trip

Great place--pool and screened patio were spectacular, interior was nicely outfitted with full kitchen, nice sized bedrooms and nice reclining couch. Great location close to restaurants and central to ballparks. We can't wait for our next trip to Tampa and your rental home!

Awesome house with more room that what we were expecting, it was very clean & well stocked with essentials! The pool was great, the kids favorite! The location was perfect close to downtown, beaches, the base, & theres a Wawa at corner! Overall a great place to stay!!

Beautiful home!

The home is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. I was in Tampa for a work conference and the commute was less than 15 min! Beaches are close, as are restaurants. I hope this home is available when I go back next year!

Nice cozy home

I Love the home in an enjoyable , nice neighborhood located in the city . Shops are so convenient and closer to fun things to do,as well as a nice , fantastic pool backyard where you can swim and relax . On my next trip ,I will stay there again. 😊

Coffee filter mold, no coffee grounds, no hand towels, pool was not heated and pool lights wouldn’t work. Beds were comfortable, great location near cruise terminal, and fair price.

Family Member Had Surgery In Tampa

The house furniture is a little out dated. No tv in middle room. Couldn’t get tv to fully work in the living room. We came for a short visit. We did not spend much time there. Overall the place is clean, very nice, roomie, every amenities you can think of it had it, quiet & safe neighborhood. Would we stay again yes.

Our week in tampa

Overall this is a good property. We were diappointed with some of the finishings. Cracks in the tile in one bathroom along with some mold. The yard was not well kept and all the furniture felt kind of cheap. But the location is great to anything you want. The pool was nice abd relaxing.
