This beautiful and unique tiny house is located in Midtown Tampa (3027 W Cordelia St) within walking distance to Raymond James and New York Yankees Spring Training Stadium (15-20 minutes walk). Three minutes away from I-4 and 5 minutes from Riverwalk, Armateur Works, UT, Convention Center, Amalie Arena, SOHO, Tampa Int. Airport, International Plaza and the best restaurants in town. It comfortably accommodates up to three people. This gorgeous hideaway is ideal for study, business and leisure trips. Every detail is well-thought for you. The tiny house is a stand alone building, with privacy fence around its whole perimeter, private gate and lock box (self check-in).This property is available for long term stays. We also allow college students to rent and stay at the property.

Perfect Stay

I needed a place to stay while visiting University of Tampa and this met the bill. Quiet area not too far from campus. Clean, with a few amenities to make my stay comfortable.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed this tiny house experience! We were intrigued with the notion, and this place did not disappoint. It was very tidy, nice and neat, and it didn’t really feel like we were in a tiny house. It was much better than a hotel room, and much cheaper too! Everything was just as presented in the listing. The location is awesome, as it was close to the stadium/ballpark, the airport, Ybor City and the River Walk area. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay/close to everything

We were in town for the UFC event at Amelia Arena. It was a very short five minute drive and perfect for our overnight stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the space is perfect for two to three people. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It’s my second stay and we will definitely use it again if available.

First time in a tiny house

Adorable! I was amazed at the layout. Everything we needed including a cute outdoor space. Very close to Raymond James Stadium. We didn’t lack anything. Very clean! We would definitely rent this again!

Great Location! The house was equipped with everything you need. Great place to stay. We attended the Saints / Buccaneer's game and the location was perfect distance from the stadium. The host is very responsive, Highly recommend.

Amazing! 15 minute walk to stadium

It’s adorable, clean, and everything you need. 15 minute walk to the stadium. We felt safe and secure here too. I had two teens with me for the trip and we all slept comfortably and really enjoyed the experience. I can’t recommend this place and host enough.

Nice day. Small place.

The property is a minimalist's dream. We are bigger people; I'm 6'4" and my wife is 5'8". That said, we knew what we were getting. The description was accurate. I would recommend it for shorter people.The property was clean and the location is great, especially if you're going to a football game at the stadium. It's about a mile away. It's an easy walk. and an easy walk.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this Tiny House! Host was very accommodating and answered questions promptly! Location to the stadium was essential as we wanted to park and walk to the Buccaneers vs Bronco game. It was a 20 minute walk to stadium, however not 1 minute as stated in listing, but convenient none the less. Fun experience! Thanks so much!

We loved our stay at the tiny house. We went to a football game and it was an easy 15 minute walk to the stadium. The house is so cute and clean. It has its own entrance and gate and the cutest deck. It was so nice to bring our 2 little dogs. They loved being able to roam around the yard. We will definitely stay at the tiny house anytime we visit Tampa!

Rented for a football game. Clean, close to everything. Walk to Raymond James which is about a mile away. If you lazy on way back and uber ride is about 20 bucks. Host was top notch and I will be reserving again. Great weekend for my Son and I

Close to Everything

This is a quiet neighborhood and walkable of you don't feel like driving. You have your own private entrance and driveway for parking. The property is very clean and has everything you should need for your stay. We were in town for a couple of concerts, but also did quite a bit of sightseeing. You really are pretty close to everything here. When I had questions, I sent my message through the app and was responded to very quickly.

Adorable.....

I was in town on business, as I am about every other week. I found out at the last minute that I needed to make alternate plans, and this was the perfect location. Communication with owners was fantastic and the property was amazing. All new finishes and was very clean. My only caution is be aware that this is a tiny house. This means that the stairs to the loft and the loft itself was also tiny. Didn't make muvh difference to me. until the morning.... when I had to negotiate my way downstairs which would be easy had I been 20years younger. Otherwise, the location and neighborhood was quiet and close to anything you needed. I would recommend this place!

Lovely Tiny house

We rented this house to attend a music conference. As the title says: it is a tiny pre-built house next to the main house, but it is private. Offers everything you need. Host paid attention to details offering welcome treats and providing bathroom and kitchen essentials (toothpicks, mouthwash, body lotion, shampoo, etc, salt, pepper, ramen soup, cofee, etc). Easy to communicate with host. Our plans changed several times and Tania was willing to accomodate.Pictures are misleading: there is a small fridge, not a refrigerator. Comes with a portable stove, microwave, toaster, airfryer, cofee maker, pots, pans, utensils, iron and board. Basics you need to cook and eat are offered.We are both 5 feet and had trouble dressing in the upper lodge. I was ok with the steep stairs to the bedroom lodge, but my teenager daughter did not feel safe.I did remote work during our stay, neighborhood is quiet and internet reliable. I used the multipurpose table as desk.This is a good place for 2 people; 4 will be crowded.Comfortable place for the price, will recommend or stay here again if in the area.

Lovely Tiny Home
