When we arrived, we could not get in with the code provided. We had to call VML, the property management company. They had to use the lock box. They said they would send someone out to check the battery in electronic key pad, but they never did. We had 4 people staying in the unit and one key to use for our time there. The place was clean but lacked amenities. Minimal cheap furniture. No bathroom on the first floor. The plug in the primary bedroom's bathroom did not work. We were getting ready for a wedding and we all had to use the plug in the hall bathroom. The patio was empty and covered in weeds. 1 of the 2 wicker chairs in the living area were broken. The vertical blinds were broken and falling apart. The pool was nice but the woman's bathroom at the pool was not accessible with the code given. The men's pool bathroom was open but not in good shape. I would not recommend this property! The photo is deceiving!

Kitchen clean and dish/pans, decore nice. Upkeep needs work.

The windows were filthy. We love to let the sunshine in, but the vertical blinds were damaged, and the windows were so dirty, it was depressing seeing them. The hinges on the cabinet doors in the bathroom were either completely pulled out, or needing to be tightened. There were wood fence scraps and excess cable in a pile on the small patio we had hoped to sit on. The VRBO amount for our stay was increased after the confirmation had been made, the host was not helpful in remedying it.
