Cozy guesthouse apartment with tin roof detached and located behind beautiful 1910 home. It has the perfect location being walking distance from Armature Works,The Riverwalk, Downtown Tampa and Emily Arena. Five minutes from Historical Ybor City, Sparkman Wharf . Less than 10 minutes from Tampa Airport, Midtown, Water Street downtown, International Mall, Hyde Park Village and Raymond James Stadium. Near I-275 for quick access to Busch Gardens. The home is located on a lovely street along the Hillsborough River which is great for sunset walks. You can also rent bicycles or scooters walking distance to ride through the surrounding areas. 30 minutes from the beaches! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is nearby: Sprouts, CVS, Publix…
This unit is located on the second floor with no elevator access through stairs only. The unit has 2 queen beds , pull out sofa full bed and a futon that will sleep one. It can accommodate up to 7 if needed. The bathroom has a Jolie showerhead giving you a filtered water for your shower. There is a one bedroom studio apartment downstairs if you have a larger party and need more space that will be available for rent.

Tampa near the river and everything

We picked the location as it was close to Raymond James Stadium. However we found it was within a few miles of ALL things Tampa! The owners were great and the unit was spacious, clean and comfortable! We WILL be back and hopefully soon! A GREAT place to stay!

This second-floor unit was so charming and exactly what we needed for our stay. Close to great restaurants and just a short drive to downtown. Our host was wonderful, easy to communicate with, and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

The location of the property is perfect, we could walk to Armature Works which was great because our family was sharing one car on this trip and about a 20 minute drive to Busch Gardens. The hosts are so very helpful and kind! We hope to stay here again when coming to Tampa!

This is an older upstairs apartment. It was very clean and the beds were comfy. It’s decorated very nicely and the host is friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Amazing and beautiful home

We had a blast staying in Maria’s beautiful home. Her family was very welcoming and helpful. We felt safe and at home when staying here. Our daughter loved the back yard and the visits with their dogs. Great location with so many things to do!

The property was perfect for our trip, visiting a couple of colleges in the area for my son. The two bedrooms were nice, the unit was clean, easy to locate, and great to rest at each night after running around Tampa and area.

Clean, quiet and very comfortable

We had a great stay! The apartment had 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and was very clean and quiet. It's located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood in walking distance of the Armature Works (cool old factory converted into restaurants and bars located right on the waterfront). The owners are on site and are extremely nice and helpful - we highly recommend staying here!

Very Nice Stay!

The apartment was very comfortable and convenient. The place was very clean with all the amenities necessary to make a meal and for sleeping two couples or a family of four. Close to City and University of Tampa

Nice place to stay and close proximity to University of Tampa. Spacious area for our party of 3 to rest and relax in the evening. Kitchen stocked well with everything you would need, bathroom shower was nice as well. Bedrooms could be a bit cooler, they tend to not cool down as much as the living area.

Short but sweet.

We stayed at this property for a couple of nights before our vacation rental. The locations was great-a short walk to the Armature where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Graz and a lovely walk on the Riverwalk. A day at St Pete Beach was possible thanks to the available beach chairs/umbrella. Beds were comfortable and the place was well cared for.

Pleasant, Charming, and Convenient

We had a pleasant stay. The property and the unit were well-kept and nicely decorated. We were only there for a few days but would have been fine staying longer. It's a charming residential neighborhood with access to other parts of Tampa via car. The hosts were nice and responsive. Two Thumbs Up!

Great location, amazing hosts

My husband and I and some friends came for a weekend in Tampa. We wanted an area that was safe and easy to walk around downtown. This VRBO was perfect. Not only was it incredibly cute and cozy for us to hangout and watch movies, but the hosts were there to greet us, help us and give suggestions, and made short term renting what it should be - a personal touch with real host who knows their city! The area itself is very very nice, and we walked around morning and night, and took the suggestions of the hosts to check out some great places to eat and hang out. As far as the space, it was exactly as pictured, and it was quiet, easy to check in/out, and very comfortable for us. We would gladly stay with them again!

Cozy and Charming, but not so quiet

This was our first time booking with vrbo. The process was pretty seamless, and we would use vrbo again. The location of the property was enjoyable and convenient, very clean, and met our needs. Because of the age of the home, which made it charming and cozy, there were a lot of squeaky doors and floors, making it difficult to sleep if anyone else was awake. Additionally, a neighboring dog barked well into the night and early again the next morning.
