Cozy 1 bedroom guesthouse apartment near downtown & riverwalk

  • Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on the Riverside makes for beautiful sunset walks. The guesthouse is located behind beautiful manicured 1910 home. Walking distance from Armature Works, Riverwalk, Downtown,5 min drive to Water Street downtown, Sparkman Wharf, Aquarium , cruise terminal ,Historic Ybor City, Amelia Arena. Less than 10 min from Raymond James stadium, Airport, Hyde Park Village, MidTown, International Mall. We’re in a FANTASTIC location! You can rent bikes, scooters etc…walking distance. Our bathrooms have Jolie showerheads giving you filtered water for your shower! We also have a 2 bedroom unit upstairs for guests that have a larger group.
