Centrally Located Home in Tampa

  • Welcome to central Tampa. Conveniently located with a 10-15 minute drive to everything Tampa: Raymond James Stadium, Downtown, Hyde Park, Amalie Arena, Bush Gardens, Zoo Tampa, Tampa Airport, Seminole Heights Restaurants and much more.

    The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom. The two other rooms have queen beds and have easy access to the hallway bathroom. The couch is very deep and can be made into a very comfortable bed at night.

    Please note: You may have to share the driveway if there are guests staying the the detached mother-in-law suite on property.

need a few up grades

One of the kitchen chairs was broken unsafe. I left a note on the chair. Pots and pans need throw away there worn out everything sticks you can not fry a egg on them. Toilet in hallway runs all the time. You got to put your hand in tank to make it stop. Need some new mattresses. The one in the smaller bedroom you can feel the springs. Also dishwasher did not work, Also need a few more plates and cups Couch need to be steam cleaned. Wall in Livingroom need to be painted it has chipped paint. Came with two sets of keys one did not work at all. As much as you got for this rental things could be better.

Just right!

This home was so convenient for our needs! Plenty of towels etc, secure, and comfortable- just the thing for our visit to Tampa! The keyless system was great too!

Clean, recently renovated, quiet, and conveniant.

Very pleased. We attended a wedding with our two adult children and their spouses. This worked out perfectly. Quiet neighborhood, very clean and recently renovated. Great food options (restaurants, take out, great little Cuban Bakery!) are a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again. For a family, far better than a hotel!
