Boater and Fisherman's paradise waterfront Condo with spectacular wildlife views

Nestled toward the end of a private street located in the Little Harbor resort community in Ruskin, FL just south of Tampa with easy access to airports and the theme parks. Direct access to Bahia beach and spectacular views of Tampa Bay. Two restaurants and marinas on property within a short walk. Private association bayfront pool with amazing sunsets. Unit is a 2nd floor corner unit with awesome views of Cabbage Creek and a protected wildlife preserve. Sit on the patio and you are bound to see Dolphins, Manatees, Rays, Pelicans, osprey, etc.
Fishing Pier, Basketball court, Tennis, Kayak and Paddleboard launch. Spend the evening at the on property bayfront restaurant with an amazing view and Tiki bar at sunset while listening to the steel drum player.

This is a private condominium association. The Renter will be required to pay for and submit a tenant evaluation directly through the association for approval prior to the rental.

Awesome Bahia del Sol

Located near little harbor. Condo very modern & beautifully decorated. Excellent view of the complete channel from lanai. Very active marine life. Dolphins & manatees abound. Gorgeous sunrises on the channel. Beautiful boats to & from Marina to the bay. Stunning sunsets from the front of condo.
