National convention

Enjoyed the visit to Tampa and Ybor City. Friendly and welcoming. The VRBO property was as advertised and our host. Asar, very kind and accommodating. Will definitely visit again.

Great House

The house is very clean, extremely comfortable, decor is very well done and newly updated. The only downside was a food truck across the street that played very loud noise all day long. The owner of the house apologized for the noise and said he will be solving the problem in the coming days.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Tampa at the house. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and the layout was great for my friend and I when we stayed there. However, the one downfall was the neighbors across the street. They owned a food truck and did blast music throughout the weekend. The mentioned chickens were not heard. Overall, I would recommend this place and would rent again if I came back to the location.

Tampa Stay

The house was very nice, easy to get into, and comfortable. The neighbor blares music all day and night at his food truck though. Our main problem was our wifi went out on the 1st of a 5 day stay. No tv, and no wifi for our phones which killed our data plans. Host wouldn't fix until after we checked out. Otherwise it was alright.

Chickens and trains

The house was clean but there are chickens and roosters roaming the neighbourhood. You can hear the train nearby early in the morning as well as the rooster, so no alarm clocks are necessary lol Other than that it was great! The check in process was easy. Would suggest some ear plugs or a noise machine.

Beautiful home

We had a hard time in the beginning with communication with the owner since he had the wrong phone number on Vrbo, it got quickly resolved. This home is on the edge of a rough neighbourhood. Not an area to go out walking. The home itself is amazing. Many amenities offered to the client. Clean, spacious home. As far as the roosters and chickens they are so much fun to have around. The owner is a very caring individual with super people to manage the property. I’d be very happy to rent from this owner again.

The home was just as nice as your photos showed. Very neat and clean, We had no trouble finding the house which was set up with all the basic needs and comforts. The screened in porch and back yard-- private and relaxing. We are in our 70's and 80's. Tampa is home to this 88 year old man. My son and his family live a few streets south of Ida. He visited us and was impressed with your home. I don't stay with him because I can't navigate stairs any more. Your home was the perfect set up for me. If I come back in the future I will try to repeat my stay at your Vrbo.

Prince Hall Shriner Imperial Session 2023

I was very glad with my selection. This property is minutes from every point of interest during my stay in Tampa. 15 minutes from Ybor City, 10 minutes from the convention center and 8 from the Casino. I used uber for all my travels with ease. The neighborhood is very quiet. I ate from the food truck across the road from it at times also. I read a previous review about the chickens. I hardly remember they were in the area. The photos posted does not give this place its true credit. Its very clean and well kept. I will definitely use it again when staying here. The property owner was very cordial too. You can't go wrong with this place.

WONDERFUL VACATION HOME!!!

Stayed at this home from July 10th-23rd,2023.Check in process was easy.Home was clean and beautifully decorated.Having a washer/dryer was convenient,and everything worked well.There was a t.v in the living room and master room,and the beds were just right for us.We barely cooked,so cookware was sufficient for us.AC worked really well,and the rules were simple ones that we were accustomed to since renting over the years.There is a screened porch at the back with ceiling fans,to relax and enjoy family time,but we was always on the run.Lol! The owner responded to emails very quickly.If you are looking for a clean,comfy,affordable home in a safe ,quiet environment,look no further.I will definitely book this home again if in the Tampa area.,as it was also close to the places I wanted to visit.I will also recommend to family and friends without a doubt.Book this home.I promise you won't be disappointed,as I wish I was there right now.
