Beautiful Home Away from Home for your Vacation with Private Pool and Hot Tub

Conveniently located near the beautiful coastal beaches of St Pete’s/ Clearwater and Tampa Bay, this modern vacation home features 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, dining room, a heated in-ground pool and a hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware to make meals for dine in at home. There is a propane grill available for outdoor BBQs and a dining space with a Smart TV located poolside! A fire pit is located in the backyard for cozy fireside chats. Parking is available for up to three cars at no extra charge.

This home has everything you need for your Florida vacation, even an office area for working remotely. Located in Wesley Chapel, Florida - you and your guests will be close to great golfing, shopping, only a 20-30 minute drive to great beaches and not very far from amazing Orlando, Disney and Universal by car!

Family getaway

The house was perfect for our family of 5 . Our kids are teenagers and they enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor area . Tony was quick to reply . Everything was clean and efficient. We look forward to coming back again .

Nice, but a little cluttered

Although we enjoyed our stay and made the most of our time on this property, we felt like it was not that clean. We found hair in a few places, rags/sponges that were not brand new and appliances/walls in kitchen had not been wiped or scrubbed down. We didn’t do any cooking so this was somewhat acceptable for our stay. I appreciated that the owner left us containers of Clorox wipes so we used those to wipe down counters. We also appreciated that the owner had a Christmas tree in the living room. It was a nice touch. There were other Christmas decorations in the bathrooms and tables that were unnecessary and it left the rental feeling a little cluttered. We appreciate CLEAN and simple furnishings with not a lot of extra “stuff” lying around. There was a lot of food and random very used things in the kitchen/pantry and shoes which made it feel like we were invading someone’s house. The pool area was nice, but it would’ve been nice if the television would’ve worked.

Tommy has a great host. We had all the check-in instructions early and both check-in and check out instructions were easy to understand. House is great with large salt water pool, hot tub and plenty of space for our group of 5. My father, who has some mobility issues, had no problems moving easily in the house. He was also able to sit outside at the poolside counter area and enjoy the outside area with the rest of us. The outdoor grounds are gorgeous and house is close to multiple grocery, shopping areas. Was a great place to stay during our visit.

Fun rental. We are seniors si we wish the rental would have had a couple comfy chairs not just the counch. But over all very clean and nice. Just loved the pool area. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Beautiful But needed cleaning

The house was beautiful, but the house did not appear to be professionally cleaned. One of the beds had a food wrapper and what appeared to be lipstick or something on the pillowcase. The main bedroom had toothpaste stains on the mirror. There were plenty of towels and other amenities, including a clothes steamer.

Near The Grove Shopping, Wesley Chapel

We enjoyed the pool and new hot tub. Beds and linens were comfortable. Towels were plentiful and nice quality in bathrooms and out by the pool. Having laundry machines was great too. We enjoyed the large TV in the living room. The fridge was terrific (size and features). It was great to have access to the dyson vacuum cleaner. The homeowner was quick to respond to us and the property manager was always quick to come by when needed. Lots of shopping, restaurants and golfing close by. Note that although the street is a small cul-de-sac, it adjoins a busy street and there are not sidewalks on either street.

A Great Spring Break

This was the perfect rental for our Spring Break. I couldn't have asked for more between the home and the pool. I highly recommend this proprety to anyone visiting the Winter Chapel/Tampa area. You will not be disappointed.

Property owner or manager was excellent to work with. The Pool was heated nice and warm even though it was chilly in Florida we were still able to go swimming. House had everything we needed. Thanks for the stay I would definitely recommend.
