It is an excellent home base for couples, business travelers, small families, or groups of up to four visiting Tampa.

★ TOWELS
Bath towels are provided. Hand towels and washcloths are not supplied, so guests should bring their own if needed.

★ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Condominium rules limit occupancy to four registered guests.

If your party includes an infant or young child in addition to four guests, please contact us before booking so we can confirm that the reservation complies with condominium rules.

★ PARKING
Private parking space is available for up to two standard-size vehicles.
Registered residential street parking may be available for a large SUV and Pickup Trucks when arranged in advance. We cannot accommodate trailers, large trucks, oversized vehicles, or parking for a second SUV in our private driveway.

Please provide your vehicle information before arrival if residential parking registration is required and approved.

Ybor City is centrally located, making the condo a convenient base for exploring downtown Tampa, the Channel District, Water Street, Hyde Park, sporting venues, cruise terminals, and other major attractions.

The TECO Line Streetcar connects Ybor City with the Channel District and downtown Tampa.

★ NEIGHBORHOOD CHARACTER AND POTENTIAL NOISE
Ybor City is a historic entertainment district with restaurants, bars, music venues, and nightlife. Although the condo is removed from the busiest part of the neighborhood, occasional street or neighborhood noise is possible.

Ybor City is also known for its resident chickens, so guests may occasionally hear a rooster crow. Light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs or use a white-noise application.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS AND NOISE MONITORING
Exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance and rear exterior of the building. The cameras operate 24 hours a day and monitor exterior access areas only. There are no cameras inside the condo.

A noise-level monitoring device is used to protect our neighbors and help enforce quiet hours. It measures decibel levels only and does not record or transmit audio or conversations.

★ Condo Rules:
Absolutely no smoking, pets, and parties allowed - including bachelorette or bachelor parties. Any large social gatherings or parties will be removed from the premise immediately and termination of this agreement. This rule is STRICTLY enforced. Quiet hours are from 11PM to 9AM.

★NO Trailers, 2 SUVs or trucks allowed in our private / residential parking space.
★ Maximum occupancy is four registered guests, subject to the condominium’s rules regarding infants and young children
★ Check-in must be completed by 11:00 PM unless approved before book
