A Little Slice of Heaven on Tampa Bay

Beautiful Bayfront 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in a private community on gorgeous Tampa Bay located on the undiscovered Island of Bahia Beach along the South shore of the Tampa Bay in a very secluded Community.
The Bahia Del Sol Community is located within 125
Acres of land called Little Harbor which has a Private 1/2 mile beach, 2 Waterfront Restaurants with Tiki bar & evening live entertainment, Children's playground, 2-full service Marina's with 260 boat slips, and a 250 foot long fishing pier. On premise next to our private community pool are picnic tables, charcoal grills as well as fishing access. HOA requires approval of tenant application and $100 background fee. Prefer 60 to 90 day tenant.
Marina access leads to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy fishing at its best!
