The interior was clean and it was conviently located for our needs. Unfortunately the exterior is not very clean. Mattresses and debris piled next to the dumpster, making it feel somewhat unsafe.

The apartment was very comfortable, included everything. The building itself was a little old and rundown on the outside, but the inside was beautiful and quiet. It’s close to everything in Lutz.

The outside was an old apartment complex. There was a stack of old mattresses piled up on the ground by the dumpster. The lock on the door was unreliable . Sometimes it would lock and sometimes not. The a/c worked the first day then afterwards it did not. I had to get another place. I was refunded the total amount . Host was very apologetic. The other issue is I left my Apple Watch and notified host right away. I never got it back.
