The lady in the breakfast bar yielded at us across the room because we entered 2 min before the closing time ! Very embarrassed I just turned around and left ! The shuttle driver was very nice

Sailport Waterfront Suites
It was dirty. There was no housekeeping to speak of. You had to sign up for housekeeping when you got there. I signed up for it and it never came. It was dirty when we got there.
