"The rooms weren’t the cleanest. Areas of the room had cobwebs, residue from might have been from wear and tear in high traffic areas of the room. It felt like your resort is understaffed. As for breakfast and overall options, most of your menu choices weren’t available. "

I stayed 2 nights so I assumed my towels would be replenished and trash changed after the 1st night and even left a tip yet when I returned the next day it was not done and i ended up going to the front desk for towels to shower the next morning. I still left a tip upon departure and stripped and piled the linen to make things easier and was sure all trash was bagged "

"The toaster at breakfast did not toast, no eggs, no meat. Just juice, coffee, muffins, bread and oatmeal. That was the only disappointment with our stay at this hotel."
