Staff aren’t very helpful, pool had way too much chemical in it (green and cloudy and WARM), our room had so many ants in it, bad location (cost us a lot of $$ if we wanted to go anywhere) they say at the front desk there is a shuttle for guests checking out but it costs 500 pesos.
