Villa Twilight tree is a stunning 5-bedroom house with a modern, minimalist and tropical vibe, nestled within Hacienda Pinilla, the most exclusive gated community. It balances perfectly indoor and outdoor living, with high ceilings and large windows, and its pool sharing the garden with a magnificent tree.

It is fully equipped with high end furniture and a cosy living-room able to host up to 16 guests. For even larger groups, the next villa, its bigger version (8-bdr) can be combined.

The house features a beautiful living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dinner table, a TV lounge, all opened on the outside, with a comfortable terrace, sunbeds, a pool, a lounge and an outdoor kitchen with his BBQ, ice machine, fridge and a wide diner table.

The house features 5 bedrooms :

-1 Master bedroom, with its King-size bed (200x200cm), its private closet, an ensuite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers.

-1 Master bedroom, with its King-size bed (200x200cm), a ensuite bathroom and a TV.

-3 Family bedroom, each with 2 Queen-size beds (160x200cm), a private bathroom and a TV.

Each room is equipped with ceiling fans and A/C

Guest Access

The nearest international airport is Liberia Oduber, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes by car from the villa. San José International Airport is about a 4-hour drive away. Alternatively, Sansa Airlines offers domestic flights from San José to Tamarindo, which take around 40 minutes. We’re happy to help arrange airport transfers to and from the villa.

With three-miles of unspoiled coastline, Hacienda Pinilla's 4,500 acres of historic ranch property, pristine beaches, and untouched natural landscapes offer both homeowners and guests room to roam and experience total tranquility and endless adventure.

Hacienda Pinilla offers incredible amenities including a Tennis and pickleball club, a 18 holes-Golf, the access to the JW Marriott (day pass at extra cost to use the amenities) with its restaurants and beach, and the Beach Club (our guests have membership access) with its fitness facilities, infinity pool, conference room, restaurant and bar, playground and the beach.

For the surfers, there is an access to little Hawaii as well which is a nice reef break.
