Construction finished November 2022 and it is fully equipped for a worry free holiday! Walk to restaurants, shops and the beach and don't miss the sunset! A modern open layout overlooking the garden and pool to enjoy this home with family or friends! Hauler monkeys pass through our property trees tops all the time so look up if you hear them & take some pictures! PuraVida!
    To respect every guest right to a good night sleep, nature around us ( howler monkeys, birds and other species live in our area tree tops) and our and neighbors, our Quiet Time Policy is 9 pm to 9 am.
    Quiet time from 9 pm to 9 am it means no music allowed outside your Unit or if inside the music is ON , it should be low enough so your next door guests cannot hear it.
    A couple of blocks from the property there are many bars , clubs, etc to enjoy music and Tamarindo's nightlife! Enjoy your stay but always respecting others!

Gorgeous Rental with a Pool!

My husband and I loved our stay in this gorgeous unit. Having our own pool was a godsend! It was a great location, walking distance to everything (we didn't have a car). Great communication and easy check-in process. We were very lucky to be able to book this place last minute when we were left without accommodations though a VBRO listing that ended up not existing. This place saved our trip from being a total disaster. We will definitely be back.

Excellent choix à Tamarindo. Gerardo était très réceptif et répondait très rapidement à nos demandes. Le logement était parfait, près de tout, plage, restaurants et boutiques Le bijoux de notre séjour était la piscine, nous y allions plusieurs fois par jour. Nous avons adorés et nous allonsy retourner c'est certain! Merci Gerardo!
