GreenTurtleTownhome #2 is brand new, Private Garden, Pool and Rooftop! Only 3 Blocks fromTamarindo beach and downtown! Construction finished November 2022 and it is fully equipped for a worry free vacation! Walk to restaurants, shops and the beach and don't miss the sunset! A modern open layout overlooking the garden and pool to enjoy this home with family or friends! Hauler monkeys pass through our property trees tops all the time so look up if you hear them & take some pictures! PuraVida!
To respect every guest right to a good night sleep, nature around us ( howler monkeys, birds and other species live in our neighborhood tree tops) and our and neighbors, our Quiet Time Policy is 9 pm to 9 am.
Quiet time from 9 pm to 9 am it means no music allowed outside your Unit or if inside the music is ON , it should be low enough so your next door guests cannot hear it.
A couple of blocks from the property there are many bars , clubs, etc to enjoy music and Tamarindo's nightlife! Enjoy your stay but always respecting others!

Comfy Cozy Getaway

This place has comfy beds a cozy vibe and is a perfect getaway place. Awesome floor plan with 2.5 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Perfect getaway house for our family vacation.

Tamarindo vacation

Had a lovely stay. Apartment walkable to downtown Tamarindo for beach, shopping and food. Drivable to other beaches. Very quiet at night.

The location was great - far enough away from the centre of town but easy access to both the town & the beach. The inside of the apartment was good, most everything we needed was there. There were a few maintenance issues but most were addressed quickly.Unfortunately the pool was not accessible for one of our party. There are no steps/stairs & it is difficult to get in & out. Make sure you have WhatsApp as that is what the Property Manager as well as most others use to communicate. The Property Manager responded very quickly to our messages.We enjoyed our stay.

Well located!

We had a nice stay. Everything was easily accessible even when you check-in at night. Well located to have access to everything by walk. We saw monkeys from our bedroom window!
