Located on the most desirable beachfront point in the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica, The Point Luxury Villa reaches into the Pacific Ocean between two of Costa Rica’s most famous white sand beaches. Step down to the beach and turn right to Tamarindo Beach, Costa Rica’s hub for surf culture, shops, restaurants, and water activities of every kind. Walk left and enjoy the quiet tranquility of Langosta Beach, a long wide stretch of soft sand. The absolute best of both worlds! The home is located in an exclusive private gated community with 24-hour security.

The Point was designed by Richard Muller, one of Costa Rica's most renowned architects. Every detail of the house was created to keep our guests immersed in the exquisite natural beauty of Costa Rica. The Villa boasts a total of 7 unique bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 17.

All SEVEN bedrooms are oceanfront and have spectacular ocean views and charming patios where you can relax to the sounds of the ocean at your doorstep. Five of the bedrooms feature an indoor-outdoor shower that provides privacy while allowing you to thoroughly take in the surrounding, natural landscape. There is nothing like hearing tropical birds or seeing the monkeys swinging through the trees while you have your morning shower.

The magical Master Bedroom of the Point Luxury Villa rivals the top in the world. It is the largest room in the house by far and has a 180-degree view of both Tamarindo Bay and Langosta Beach. Comes complete with a front-seat view of the majestic Pacific sunsets. Enjoy the view from the beautiful and spacious balcony as well as from the hand-carved custom-made four-post king bed.

Adjacent to the master suite is our children's room with an en-suite bathroom with a bunk bed and single twin that comfortably sleeps 3. Three of the other ocean-view en-suite guest rooms are located right outside the main house on the other side of the water gardens. These spacious rooms are en-suite with private bathrooms and indoor/outdoor showers. The largest of these three rooms offers a king-size bed while the other two both have a two twin split or king bed option to suit multiple group dynamics

When it’s time to dine, the Villa boasts a fully equipped professional-grade kitchen with granite countertops, high-end appliances, and every culinary convenience. The outdoor kitchen area features a gas barbecue, a lunch table, and a commercial-grade smoker. You can prepare your meals in full view of the Pacific or ask us to invite an executive chef to prepare an unforgettable meal for you and your guests. The dining area has spectacular views from a table that comfortably seats 16.

Beautiful palms, fruit trees, and a majestic Bismarck create an atmosphere that respects the Costa Rica heritage of the landscape. The large infinity pool between the beach and the house offers a refreshing respite from the midday heat as it appears to melt into the Pacific. The pool deck features comfortable lounge chairs and a wonderfully shady Gazebo. Right around dusk as the sun starts to slip into the Pacific the staff will light the fire torches around the pool and the fireplace, creating a truly magical ambiance.
