Amazing new house 10 minutes from Playa Avellanas, one of the most beautiful beaches in Guanacaste and 15 minutes to down town Tamarindo, where there is a large number of shops, gastronomic offers and nightlife. The house is located in a quiet condominium surrounded by nature where monkeys and macaws can be seen, it has security, swimming pool and social area. In addition, the house has a private pool, 4 rooms with air conditioning, wetbar, terrace, equipped kitchen, hot shower and Wi-Fi.

Great stay

Everything was nice and clean. The gate was a bit difficult to open. The showers in our room leaked into the main part of the bathroom. And we only got one skimpy towel person, not great if you want to swim and shower.

Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Rooms and pool were clean and relaxing. Kitchen area didn't have any air conditioning, so was very hot while cooking and gathering there. Had a few issues with keys not working in locks. Overall nice place, and worked well for what we needed.

Looks like nobody has been there in years

I’ve stayed at this place 2 years ago and we thought is was fine it had all u need . This year the place looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere no toilet paper the pool was so dirty we didn’t even use it .
