Hello Andrew! Thank you very much for staying with us! And also for taking the time to leave us a review. At opur hostel we have a rule which we strictly comply. We turn off lights at music at 11pm. Till that moment of course people have fun and share common areas as in every hostel as you observed. Thanks again for joining us! It was a pleasure to have you here! =)

Puede que en alguna ocasión se vea alguna cucaracha, pero es importante aclarar en tal caso cuál fue tu experiencia, ya que es normal en lugares de naturaleza viva como lo es Tamarindo encontrar alguna que otra dando vueltas. Hellos Andreas, you have to understand that you came with a kid during New years event, this was not a place for you. We have 10000 locals coming from the capital to spend it partying in tamarindo. Is like going during springbreak to Daytona Fl, and expect it to be quiet. In this case is was your fault for coming to a concert of Rock expecting it to be Classical Music.

Hols Lisa, llegaste tarde en la noche y saliste de madrugada. Una lastima que te hayas ido con tan poco. Recuerda que este es un hoStel y no un Hotel, ergo la diferencia de precio (mas baja), ergo la diferencia en instalaciones. Saludos Manu

Hola Julia, ya es hora de que cortes con este abuso constante, ya te quejaste de varias maneras y ya te respondí muy cordialmente de varias maneras. Ya te explique que el personal lo primero que hizo cuando los acusaste de que te habían chocado el auto fue de observar las cámaras y mostrarte que lo que le ocurrió a tu auto no fue aquí, inmediatamente trataron de ayudarte e incluso otro recepcionista que no estaba en su turno intento reparar el auto para que no tuvieras problemas con la compañía de alquiler de auto. En ambos casos te rehusaste a ver las cámaras, porque estabas en la piscina y luego le pediste a los recepcionistas que estaban ahí que dejaran de tocar tu auto que vos lo ibas a resolver sola con la compañía, para lo único que estamos aquí es para ayudarte, evidentemente te sentiste ofendida cuando te quisieron demostrar que tu acusación era falsa. Igualmente te quisimos ayudar aunque haya pasado en el hostel o no, estamos aqui para ayudarte a que la pases bien y eso quisimos hacer, lamento mucho que no lo hayas sentido asi, igualmente hable con los recepcionistas para que no vuelva a pasar o para que se aseguren de que el huesped entienda lo que estan haciendo. On a deux femmes de menage qui nettoye tous les jours, on lave absolutement tous les draps tous les jours, la cuisine deppend a vous le clients, malheuresement il y de fois que vous nettoyes pas ce que vous utilises, chose que on fait quand meme, on nettoye tous vos plats sales, honnetement, je crois que tu as mal compris le concept d auberge, la prochain fois je vous racommend d´ammener tout ta famile dans un hotel au lieux d une auberge. Evidement ca va couter plus cher. Mais je suis certain que va remplir tous vos expectatives. hotel c´est different a hoStel. La petite "s" dans le milieux fait une grande difference. On es le meilleur hoStel de Costa Rica. google it.
