About this property

Great condo few steps from Tamarindo beach !!!!

  • This is a condo property around a lush garden and pool. The units are a mix of full-time owners and people who primarily rent out their condo to tourists and snowbirds.

    There is a full-time gardener who really takes pride in his work, with good reason. Pool is super clean, and the plants are amazing. We have 24/7/365 guard service

    We stayed here for three weeks and really enjoyed the unit, the property, and the location just 2-3 blocks from the beach. There is no reason that you need a car, but if you want one for the occasional foray into neighboring areas then there are at least five rental agencies in town.
    This condo is also available for a long term rent.!!!
