Just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo with its wonderful restaurants and art galleries, trendy shops and discos, you will enter the motorized gate of Casa Paquita and your own world of luxury, privacy and security. The beach gate by the swimming pools allows direct access to one of Guanacaste's most beautiful beaches. Watch the surf break from the edge of the infinity pool while you sip your favorite drink.

The classic Spanish-Mediterranean architecture with its hand-painted tile and large covered terrace are the essence of Casa Paquita. You will enjoy the beautifully manicured gardens and romantic balconies with spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets. Your vacation home is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!!!

Casa Paquita features five en-suite bedrooms in the main house, plus an additional 2 en-suite bedrooms in the Casita. The spiral staircase weaves around a 3 level waterfall that cascades down 2-sides of an open cylinder. The gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, bar room, living room and front and back patios blend together to create a perfect common area overlooking the infinity edge pool and the Pacific Ocean. The large double infinity edge pool features a children's pool, spa seating with jets, four bar stools, and an easy entrance staircase. This enormous living area is perfect for large groups, family reunions, small intimate weddings or just the best vacation Costa Rica has to offer!

The main house sleeps 14 people with 3 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) and 2 queens beds.

The Casita sleeps 4 people with 1 queen bed and 2 double beds.

House-keeping services are provided 6 days per week There is also a grounds-keeper/pool cleaner on property 6 days per week.

Full concierge service is included and will arrange airport pickup, car rental and tour reservations, baby sitting and other luxury services.

Fantastic Girl’s Trip!

Our stay at Cssa Paquita was wonderful! Jonathan was very responsive and helpful with our requests. Lorena and her assistants spoiled us with wonderful breakfasts every day, and 2 delicious dinners. We loved the infinity pool, and we were entertained by the monkeys in the trees. Pura Vida!

Incredible place to stay highly recommend

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, nice, and eager to accommodate. The house has plenty of space for a large group. Meticulously cleaned each day. If I could leave more stars I would.

Everything was awesome. Jonathan was a huge help and very responsive if we experienced any issues. Lorena prepared delicious dinners and kept the house in great shape. Only thing I would share is that the beach is rocky and not conducive for snorkeling or even swimming. The walk to town from the beach is beautiful but further than you think - better to take the road which is much quicker and also lovely. Would definitely stay here again! A family of seven howler monkeys graced us with their presence on the last day. Didn’t make any noise but snacked on the trees and napped for hours. Very cool!

Amazing house, great staff and incredible stay

I have only great things to say about our stay at this property. The bedrooms, outdoor area and location of the property were even better than advertised. Langosta beach was awesome and the house is almost perfectly located. The concierge (Jonathan) was incredibly helpful during the lead up to our arrival and the chef prepared some great meals! Would highly recommend staying here

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Paquita! The Casa, pool, beach and everything else about this place was wonderful. Jonathan was a great concierge and Leona was an incredible personal chef for our large family of 14 that was staying here. We would come back anytime! Pura Vida!

Marcella’s Wedding and family vacation

We had a wonderful time at Casa Paquita! Our daughter’s wedding was just down the road at Casa Los Olivos and the house was perfect for our entire family with young children and great grandmother. Lorena was the main housekeeper and we had her prepare 2 lunches and two dinners that were fabulous!! Jonathan was also very responsive for any requests that were made. I highly recommend this home!

Beautiful house for our family

The house was just as pictured - easy walk down to the beach and into Tamarindo. Property manager was quick to respond to all questions! Lorena cooked several dinners and breakfasts for us and they were fantastic! The pool has a unique layout great for our toddler as well as the teenagers! We would definitely stay here again!

Great action

There were 13 of us, 12 adults and one toddler. Everyone had a blast. The villa is great and the thee support from the manager and staff and our stay very enjoyable! I will strongly recommend this place to my friends.

The perfect relaxing home away from home

Several friends spent a wonderful week at this beautiful home in Tamarindo. It was the perfect combination of quiet spacious luxury, but also close to town (shopping restaurants, activities etc.). The house is set up so 6 couples had their own privacy but also lots of space to come together for group activities such as meals, games, pool time, and really good food. Having access to a golf cart for easy trips into town was a luxury as well. Highly recommended!

House worked well for 11 of us including 2-11yr olds and a 4 yr old. The living area is well designed. The house is older so not in perfect shape but manager responded to any issues we had. Beautiful afternoon sunsets and beaches to walk and surf on near the house.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property right on the beach. Direct access to langosta river mouth for surfing, a short golf cart ride away from Tamarindo. Beautiful pool deck and the staff (Roy and cleaning staff) were amazing. Quick to help out with any request. Would definitely book this property again if I come back!

Perfect for Large Group

We stayed here for a fun mother/son trip with our high school seniors. The house was clean, beautiful, and walking distance to heart of Tamarindo. Jonathan was an excellent concierge as he organized all of our excursions for us (sunset cruise, sport fishing, waterfall hike, whitewater rafting, ziplining). He also coordinated with a chef to come in most nights and cook for our entire group. The food was amazing and she cleaned up after dinner for us as well. Jonathan also coordinated yoga lessons and massages at the house for the moms. Moms had fun, boys had fun - it was just perfect.

Everything as advertised

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Yes it going to need a little “love” soon, but still an awesome property. If you don’t have Lorena and her crew cook for you, you will be missing out on great food at a good price. She can tailor your meals to the costs that you are wanting to pay. Eating out in the Tamarindo market can get expensive. Would love to come back and stay with Jonathon and Lorena very soon!

House manager (Jonathan( was excellent. Had breakfast provided every morning (for small additional fee). Chefs were excellent. Jonathan also helped us with golf carts, airport pickup and had our fridge stocked. Great service and location. 7 bedrooms.

Amazing vacation. Location of property is beautiful and felt very safe. Not having to clean or cook for an entire week was dream like. Lorena is the best. Our host accommodated all of our requests. The property could use a little maintenance.

Was a wonderful experience guided by ongoing support from the staff. Jonathon was always available to answer questions, give recommendations or set up excursions. Incredible Stay!

We spent an incredible week at Casa Paquita with family over Thanksgiving week! Daniel our host was a great asset and was always available to help us with transportation and tours. Lorena who ran the house prepared many meals, both breakfast and dinner, and she was one fabulous cook! She taught us all how to make her guacamole which she prepared every night for us. The house could not be a more perfect location and the golf carts were perfect to run around town in. Gorgeous sunsets too!

Amazing property! The best we’ve stayed in CR

We had 13 adults for the week for a mission trip+vacation and the property was amazing. Jonathan, the house manager was incredible and helped us with everything we needed to include golf carts and other beach needs. Lorena was also more than amazing. We planned to have her cook for us for 2 noghts but the food was so fantastic we booked two more nights. She cleaned each day and was the kindest and most helpful person in town. We will definitely return to Casa Paquita!!!

Girls Trip

Plenty of room for a group of 11 women. Communication with Jonathan, the house manager, was excellent. He was quick to respond to any questions and assisted us with transportation, golf cart rentals, dining, and excursion recommendations. Lorena made us several breakfasts and 2 dinners that were delicious. Our favorite excursion was a private day sail with Manta Ray Sailing. We loved the pool and the short walk down to the beach. It was amazing to have coffee in the morning and watch the sunsets at night. Pura Vida.

Fabulous Friend Retreat

The property was everything, plus more, than we expected. So much room and everyone was very attentive to our needs. Golf cart available, and when it didn't work, they stepped in and drove us to and from the wedding location. Lorena cooked breakfast each morning and dinner one night which we could not have gotten better food or service anywhere in the country. We were a group of 14 staying to attend a wedding just down the road. We would definitely return to this specific location.

Great time in Tamarindo/Langosta

Had a fantastic stay for our group of 9 adult friends. The property was as described with the infinity pool being fantastic. We did have monkeys poop in the pool, which was cleaned timely :). The golf carts were useful if a bit pricey since we appreciated being a slight drive away from the bustlingTamarindo. Jonathan was a great communicator and Lorena was fantastic with her meals and cleaning. Daniel was on point with pick-up/drop offs.Meow the cat was a favorite! Will definitely stay again if back in the area.

50th Anniversary Celebration

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Casa Paquita with 12 family members. Beautiful home, lovely view, and attentive staff. Lorena prepared several meals for us and even allowed our young grandson to help with food prep. All meals were delicious. She kept the house clean, gave us fresh towels every day, and ironed our clothes for our vow renewal ceremony. Jonathan arranged golf cart rentals for us, called for transportation back to the airport, purchased food for the refrigerator prior to our arrival, and kept the pool clean. We couldn't have had a better experience while in Tamarindo. We loved staying at Casa Paquita and will cherish our time there.

Can’t beat the location

We had a family group to celebrate a birthday. The beach is beautiful, you can view the surf from the patio, and a beautiful swimming beach is about a 10 minute walk away. Surfing just a little bit further south. The king size bed in the room with the bunkbeds is hard and one of the Casita bedrooms, the one without the kitchen, is a bit musty. We had some issues with water pressure, but they were taken care of. The cook does a wonderful job, and there is a restaurant just at the top of the street that is reasonably priced and delicious.
