The description said we could cool off in the pool, there's no pool, only the spa which is expensive to use. Also described the property as having ocean view, we assumed Ipoh was closer to the coast as it was our first visit, definitely no ocean view!! The room was made up every day with fresh water and towels. The location was within walking...

"Pleasant stay"

"It was very hard to find the check in counter of the hotel, which definitely doesn't look like a check in counter. Also, nobody was there, you are expected to call a number written on the desk (if you can?!). The rooms are clean and nice. But you can hear everything happening in the other rooms and in the aisle."
