Taman Negara National Park Tours and Activities

This is not a hotel. There is no reception, they could not look after our luggage after check out. Should not be listed as a hotel.

My family decided not to stay at the suite because so much inconvenience of the location and amenities but we still paid for it. I wrote them a constructive feedback but I was given an unprofessional reply which totally a disappointment.

I would not recommend staying here. The rooms do not look as good as the pictures. The place is not that clean and the pool is very crowded at night. I regret staying here because there were so many better hotel options in the area.
