otherwise you need to walk or catch a taxi to a big shopping mall.
There was no washing machine in the room.

"It was a lot less than you expected by looking at the pictures, you can barely find it cause it’s inside a parking lot , small sign and once inside, it is just a corridor with dead ends of both sides. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable, aircon was good and staff was polite, when present."
"I have request non smoking room before arrival, however, the smell of the room still really bad of smokers, not sure whether the room that assigned to me is smoking floor is not cause i forgot to ask since i arrived very late at night and very tired. "Seriously, this hotel needs some renovation, everything (especially in the room) looks old, smells old, feels old. On the other hand, for the price I paid, it was more than expected. The bed was comfortable, AC worked well, wifi was fast enough for the web-based project i was doing, electric kettle (i drink only hot/warm water), water dispenser (in the corridor), and hairdryer in the bathroom. "It was by far the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. Very grubby, dirty pots left on the stove, grubby floor mats, air conditioning not working, renovations all day and night in neighbouring apartment. Trevilio staff very unhelpful. I worst stay ever. In fact I changed hotel mid stay.
It was a great location near a large mall, with a good gym and pool."

"I had a truly wonderful stay at this property! The home was beautifully set up, thoughtfully designed, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, convenient yet peaceful, offering the best.
The service was exceptional: prompt, courteous, and always with a smile. I especially appreciated the amenities like the pool and spa, which added a luxurious touch to the experience. Housekeeping was consistently excellent, keeping everything spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay.

"The hotel was beautiful. From the lobby to the room, everything was great. The room was amazing and very clean and spacious. One area that could be improved is it looked like there was a little bit of mold growing in the corners of the shower. But it wasn’t bad and could probably be taken care of pretty easily. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly to any requests I had. The location is also very conveniently located within a five minute walk to a huge mall with many shops and restaurants. And it’s quick and easy to get a grab or a taxi to take you anywhere you want to go. I will definitely stay there again if I visit Jakarta in the future. "

"As soon as I got there the staff immediately started helping, they helped with luggage, opened the doors, guided me where to go. They led me to check in which is on the 51st floor. Gave me my room card and there was a water station there so I got some. Headed to my room and it was enormous. Beautiful views, everything was clean, amazing bathroom and had a separate room for my luggage. A few minutes later and the staff brought my bags to my room. Breakfast here is wonderful. Most of the tables have a fantastic view of the city. The food selection was great and you can have breakfast up to 11am. I recommend getting there before 10:30 because that’s when they start to clean up. The bar was amazing and affordable, very friendly guest and had no issues talking in English. There’s lots of foreigners there so you’ll have no trouble talking.!If there’s a problem they always try to accommodate you. The swimming pool is fantastic with enough room. The chairs they had at the pool are comfortable and spacious. The hot tubs are in the locker room, separate for men and women. The sauna is a good size and was perfect. They close the pool at 10pm but even at the later hours there’s still people enjoying themselves. There’s a good sized plaza near the hotel that’s only 8 minutes away walking. That plaza has lots of food options, Starbucks, KFC, Hokben, lots of cafes, yogurt spots and much more. Theres no mall within walking distance but if you take a taxi it’s a 12-18 minute drive. "
