"Even though they say that this hotel is new to the area, but honestly to me, the hotel is not quite new. I would feel like the room looked kind of old if you look on the ceiling is kind of cracked in certain area and also when I booked a room for three people, I do expecting like two double bed or two queen bed but they end up giving me a one king bed and a roll in bed and thatrolling bed is so bad so uncomfortable when you laid on it, you can feel all the spring on the bottoms. It’s actually poking your back if you’re sleeping on it and honestly to me, it’s not worth the cost of staying there. I know that everyone saying that is right at the city of can tho but to me it’s not even all that. I booked it for tonight so by the second day they supposed to clean out the room, but they didn’t even clean out. They didn’t even refill anything in the room and it looked like a rush clean honestly it’s not even clean to me and when they clean up the room, they disconnect my room key and cost me middle night. Cannot get back into my room. I have to go downstairs and get them reactivate very inconvenience."

Be aware there are two trays of drinks/snacks, one is paid and the other is free, only the free items have a sign. The paid items are inexpensive. Laundry services was great, and paid by the item.
