We stayed in a 1 bed apartment, although really spacious very tired and in need of updating. 2 ring induction hob /fridge no freezer but adequate for our needs. Pub on site friendly and welcoming but no restaurant facility. Pool gets busy very quickly and sauna was out of action, a chill weekend and good base for exploring the area, probably wont return"

"I can’t recommend Aberdunant Hall enough, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We stayed in April 2026 for our wedding anniversary, unfortunately our son was taken ill whilst we were visiting, so we spent a lot of time at local hospitals getting him treated. "What a gem of a property. Set in a stunning location. Traditional cottage, spotlessly clean with modern touches to add to your comfort. We did cook the majority of the time but visited George III pub one evening which we would definitely recommend.There are lots of birds around, which provided lots of opportunity for my husband to indulge in his photography. We enjoyed a lovely day at the Vale of Rheidol Railway at Aberystwyth and also 2 or 3 of the lovely walks in the area.Andrea is an excellent host, providing so much information and has thought of everything to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible at Riverside Cottage. We will definitely be returning."

"Lovely accommodation but a barking dog waking you in the morning isn’t what need on Easter Sunday. Great food but waiting an hr for simple breakfast to be served is silly "
