    The space
    About the Space & Area

Our guesthouse is nestled in a vibrant, safe, and artsy neighborhood surrounded by charming Estonian-era wooden houses. The area is right next to Kalamaja and close to the famous Creative City (Telliskivi)—a lively hub full of art studios, galleries, small shops, and cultural events. Just two minutes away, you’ll find one of Estonia’s most famous cozy cafés, perfect for brunch, breakfast, or a slice of delicious cake. Three minutes in the other direction is Kaja Pizza Köök, Estonia’s most awarded pizzeria.

It’s also only a short walk to Tallinn’s Old Town, and the city center is easy to reach by bus (#40 is especially convenient).

This is a lively, authentic local area where you can truly live like a local. Our neighbors include artists, actors, Russians, and Estonians, creating a friendly and creative atmosphere. Strolling the streets, you might hear a band rehearsing, see an old man fixing his boat, or catch glimpses of everyday life in this colorful district.

    Inside the House
The house has two floors, with the main entrance on the second floor.
    • Second Floor (entry level):
    • Corridor leading to two bedrooms.
    • Both rooms have a bed and closet.
    • One bedroom includes a dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work.
    • The other features a boudoir table.
    • First Floor (downstairs from entry):
    • Living room with sofa, two chairs, a TV, and board games—great for relaxing, working, or enjoying a game night.
    • Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, wine glasses, tableware, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine (complimentary coffee provided). We also provide oil, salt, and pepper for your convenience.
    • Bathroom with shower, washing machine, soap, shampoo, and body wash.
    • One additional bedroom with a chair and closet.

    Outdoor Space
The garden is a shared space with neighbors—a peaceful place to relax during the day. You’ll often see our friendly older neighbor (who only speaks Russian) working on his boat or enjoying a quiet smoke.

This home offers the perfect mix of comfort, creativity, and local charm, making it an ideal base for exploring Tallinn.
    Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house—it’s not shared with anyone else, so you can enjoy complete privacy. The garden is a shared space with our neighbors, and you’re welcome to relax there anytime.

Please note: downstairs, under the stairs, there is a closet, and behind it is a private storage room where we keep cleaning supplies and other items. This space is not for guest use.
    Other things to note
Our home is a lovingly renovated older house, so while it’s fresh and comfortable, you might still notice a few charming details from its past. Please note: the entrance starts from the second floor, with stairs as the only access.

The neighborhood is lively, artsy, and full of character—you may see musicians practicing or locals working on creative projects. The garden is shared with friendly neighbors, though most of the time they aren’t around. One kind neighbor often enjoys fixing his boat; he speaks Russian and is always friendly—feel free to smile and say hello.

Parking is free in the garden—choose any available space. Public transport is convenient: the bus stop Maisi is just 5 minutes (350m) away. The famous Balti Jaam Market is an 18-minute walk, and from there, the Old Town begins at Nunne Street—about 23 minutes in total from the house. And Creative city is 10- minutes walk.

Smoking is not allowed indoors, but is permitted in front of the house. Pets are welcome—please confirm with us before booking.

If anything is not right, missing, or causes discomfort, please let us know within 24 hours of check-in so we can fix it. Issues reported after 24 hours are not eligible for refunds, as per our policy.
