Lovely apartment in a great location, a stones throw from the Christmas market. It's a 5 minute walk to the edge of the old town to get buses/trams. A couple of small supermarkets are nearby. The apartment had everything we needed. It was fine for 2 of us. It was very warm and we had no way of controlling the heating so we opened the inner windows at night to cool the bedroom, which worked fine. Note there are no lifts in the building. The apartment we were in was on the 2nd floor. There is a luggage room on the ground floor with large lockers (big enough for a large suitcase) so you can stow your luggage if you arrive before your check in time.

Property has no extra heating and during fall when central heating is not turned on yet, the place is COLD! Had to contact the property to request heater. Had to do it twice since one wasn’t enough.. This situation kinda killed the vibe of this place being cozy… first night was super cold… few more days were oookk ish till I got another heater for the last day of my stay… oh well…

A spacious apartment in the centre of town. Clean and accurate to pictures. Not good if you are a light sleeper on the weekends due to Street noise. Note there is no elevator

Tallinn City Apartments Town Hall Square provided a comfortable stay for my 3 nights in Tallinn. The only thing I needed that wasn’t provided was a drying rack for my clothes. However, I contacted the property and they offered to provide one. My clothes were already drying on the chairs but I suggested they go ahead and include one for the apartment. So there should be one there now. Having the washing machine to do my laundry for my 36 day trip was very convenient. The space was clean and comfortable, otherwise.

Fab Apartment & Location.
Fabulous apartment in a superb location. The owners let us check in early and the system for getting your key , though slightly daunting for non tech people, worked brilliantly. Excellent WiFi & cooking facilities. We used the foldout bed in the front room and it is really comfortable. The only thing that could be found as not up to much was the bath. But the shower is good and there was loads of hot water.

This is the second time we have used these apartments and they are great , they are close to the town square and amenities. The only small problem is the taxi can’t stop close to properly .

Excellent experience in GREAT location!
Everything about our stay was extremely positive. The flat was extremely clean and modern. Could not have asked for a better location either...close to EVERYTHING we needed for our vacation. You cannot go wrong staying here. Key pickup and drop off was super easy too!

Great location. Easy key collection. Warm.apartment. Choice of teas and ground coffee available, plus toaster, kettle and coffee filter, with filter papers. Small bathroom but plenty of hot water. Limited TV channels. Good WiFi. Only 3 of everything in the kitchen (mugs, plates etc.) so needed to wash up constantly. Good for a short stay.

Clean, convenient and LOUD!
The apartment was excellent! With a location in Old Town, it was extremely convenient to everything a tourist wants to do. However, we had extremely loud neighbors who had a long conversation outside our door. This is a great location for a young crowd, but a restful visit will not be in the cards.

We stayed in apartment 1, the one with the sauna. The location of the apartments is fantastic, right in the heart if the Old Town, just a 60 second walk to the town square. All round fantastic location for exploring. I was just a little disappointed with the overall condition of the apartment, mainly the kitchen and bathroom. Both require modernisation, the enamel in the kitchen sink is chipped and there is a rather groovy bathroom suite. However, the sauna was a very nice touch. Will we be back? We’d probably look at other apartments in the area which are more modern but overall very happy with our stay for the price we paid.

Our apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities we required for our stay in Tallinn but this is not the only reason you should choose this accomodation.... Location, location, location!!! We felt like we were living in what must be the best location in Old Town Tallinn. With easy access from the street we could look out of our window at the Visitor Centre to our left and more importantly at the Christmas Markets to our right. It took mere seconds to walk from the front door to the markets and every other tourist destination was an easy walk from our temporary Tallinn home. We would surely put this accomodation at the top of our list for future visits to Tallinn.

Ideal position near the square, shops, bars restaurants and supermarkets. Walking distance to the museums and places of interest. The apartment was warm and had basic kitchen equipment to make snacks and breakfasts.

It was an excellent location right on the main square. Very nice apartment with a kitchen, living room and bedroom. It had a balcony for two people looking over the center garden.

The apartment was everything we hoped for. We'll equipped and asy to get to from the airport on tram line 4. Shopping centre and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk and lots of places to eat including an amazing vegan restaurant. It is also rght next to the tourist information centre, sandwiched between 2 souvenir shops. Can not recommend highly enough. We will definitely stay here again.

The initial flat I rented was very spacious, would give it 10/10 foe the value for money. There was a problem with electricity, and I was moved to another building nearby, which was even better. Very friendly cleaner and good customer service!

Right in the city centre close to restaurants and everything you would want to visit. Lovely old apartment block all updated beautifully. Beware - you cannot adjust the heating syztem which comes on and turns off based purely on the outside temperature. Sometimes it's like a sauna!

The location was perfect with all the main tourist spots all around 10-15 min walk max. At the weekend the street is a little lively but we didn’t mind. Because is no near to where we wanted to go, we often stop off at the apartment to put things down or to rest before continuing the day. Kitchen / pantry is well equipped, good size fridge with small freezer, coffee machine and toaster. I would come back again and would recommend friends and family

We loved the location and the staff who welcomed us (she was fantastic), and the apartment was adequate. The reason we aren't giving it a higher comfort rating was we felt it was a bit tired and missing some amenities (bedside tables, sheer curtains for a bit more privacy, corkscrew, etc.). But, it was really the fact we couldn't adjust the heat at all. So, we had to keep the windows open, which let in all the noise from the Town Square. However, it was a great location, great being able to prepare some meals, as we noted above, the woman who checked us in couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Excellent location in centre of old town
Excellent location in the heart of the old town, steps away from the town square. The lounge and bedroom were beautifully decorated, kitchen was compact but fine for breakfasts/snacks, bathroom let the apartment down in that it would benefit from upgrading. the hands basin was very small and, with the shelf below the mirror, made washing anything other than hands awkward. However, this is a minor complaint and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Office staff were very helpful and looked after our cases until check and kindly contacted me to say apartment was ready early. Tallinn has a beautiful old town with lots of character, many restaurants, interesting museums and friendly people. the tram no4 from the airport is efficient and regular - €2 paid to driver. (we alighted at Viru)
