This Apartment is located in a very good and quiet neighborhood. A Food market is just across the street. You get to the city center(old town) with 3 different busses in 5 minutes. Internet is super fast. You can stay here with your family.
Airport and central bus station are both very close.
It is a re-modelled basement floor with 2 entrances and wooden floors. The walls are about a meter thick. The apartment has enough cupboards and drawers for guests to stay longer, if that is the wish. Everything that is necessary, is available.
Parking space 500 meters from the house. 2 EUR/night.
Free parking next to house between: Mon-Fri 19:00-07:00, Sat from 15:00, Sun FREE
Grocery shop is 1 minute walk away.
Several eating places very close by.
Shopping centers 7 minute walk away.
Gas station 1 minute away.
Trails for running/walking 5 minute walk away.
Old town 20-30 minute walk.
Located at the outskirts of central Tallinn and almost next to one of the main roads into the city, it is still a quiet and a low traffic area.
The house itself is over 100 years old and is surrounded by similar architecture.
There is a playground and outdoor gym behind the house.
Locals are friendly :)
